A customer has 30 days from the arrival date to return the standing frame. A 20% minimum restocking fee will be assessed for all returning frames. Once the manufacturer has received the standing frame, the manufacturer will perform an evaluation of the overall condition of the frame for re-sell ability and if any damage occurs during transit back to the manufacturer, the customer will incur the additional percentage of damage determined by the manufacturer. All customers wanting to return a standing frame will be required to pay for shipping back to the manufacturer.
